Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Performing design, development and testing of CAD software for the meta tool set,
including setting up meta for various process technologies, adding features and capabilities, and maintaining the software.
This includes adding and extending tool capabilities for custom structured layout and layout verification.

Using meta to build custom logic and/or layout modules for XFG designs

Tutoring new meta users and providing assistance where needed with the meta software as they build their blocks.

Participating in the design and enhancement of Tofino architectural models using Lisp

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience programming in Lisp
2+ years of experience in CAD tool programming, including but not limited to design representations for logic, layout and technology infrastructure, particularly with respect to gate level custom design
2+ years of exposure to the use of CAD tools for VLSI design at the logic and layout level, particularly with respect to gate level custom design
2+ years of experience with the meta software and tool suite

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
