We are seeking an experienced SOC Engineering Manager who is passionate in new technology development to lead a team of engineers developing SOC and Chipset for Intel latest Client products. In this position candidate will be leading and managing a diverse, dynamic, and highly energized team performing micro-architecture definition, full-chip integration and full-chip validation. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Plan and set priorities for the team to deliver results across boundaries within an inclusive work environment

• Interface with IP providers for delivery and expectation

• Interface with downstream customers for example structural design team and post silicon team to define the delivery and prioritize support request

• Ensure high quality flawless execution

• The candidate also has the opportunity to drive for tool/process methodology and technology enhancements that spans across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field (Electrical, Electronics or Computer System) and at least several years of experience in SOC development or related areas.

• Experience as people manager for 3 to 5 years

• Experience in project management

• Knowledge in RTL integration and validation methodologies

• Possesses strong analytical and debug skills

• Exceptional communication skill

• Good collaboration skill to interface with stakeholders, including cross-site partners
