We are seeking an experience SOC Engineering Manager who is passionate in new technology development to lead a team of engineers developing SOC and Chipset for Intel latest Client products. In this position candidate will be leading and managing a diverse, dynamic, and highly energized team to perform micro-architecture definition, full-chip integration and full-chip validation. The responsibilities include but not limited to: - Plan and set priority for the team to deliver results across boundaries within an inclusive work environment, - Interface with IP providers for delivery and expectation, - Interface with downstream customers for example structural design team and post silicon team to define the delivery and prioritize support request, - Drive flawless execution with high quality The candidate also has the opportunity to drive for work flow efficiency improvement through big data or artificial intelligence (AI) application.

Qualifications

Candidate should have at the minimum a Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field (Electrical, Electronics or Computer System) and at least several years of experience in SOC/IP Pre-silicon development or related areas. Below are the plus points for the candidate: - Experience as people manager for more than 8 years - Experience in project management - Knowledge in RTL integration and validation methodologies - Possesses strong analytical and debug skills - Exceptional communication skill - Good collaboration skill to interface with stakeholders, including cross-site partners - Passionate to learn about artificial intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) applications
