SOC Supervisors are responsible for leading a team of SOC Operators and Security Officers in answering calls for assistance, mitigate and lead emergency communications, interact positively with fellow client's and promote a safe work environment. SOC Supervisors lead our most customer facing roles, SOC Operators and Security Officers, and encourage “best in class” customer service to employees, visitors, and guests of client's.

SOC主管主要负责领导一支由监控中心监控员及安保人员组成的安全团队。接听电话、组织紧急联络、与客户方员工保持良好互动、促进安全的工作环境。SOC主管带领SOC监控员及保安员做好直接面对客户的角色，确保客户方员工和访客能获得一流的安保服务。

• Think differently about operations center services and how they impact the customer experience. Supervisors will have an impact on systems, processes, and quality standards which will enhance our exceptional service strategy

• Supervisors are accountable for his or her actions, take pride and responsibility in the success of the program, and instill all those around them with the ability to excel in all they do; they must embody a positive attitude
• 主管应富有责任心，对安保项目高度负责，能将追求卓越及积极主动的观念，通过自身行动潜移默化地影响身边的团队
• Ensure Operators and Officers have the correct training and tools to complete their mission; report deficiencies to the Security Manager
• 监控员及保安员能顺利完成任务，确保他们能获得合适的训练及资源。如有任何需求，及时向安全经理汇报
• Assist with security staff interviews and selection. Ensure each staff member is provided appropriate orientation and on-going training to ensure the highest quality customer service
• 安保人员面试及筛选工作。确保所有团队成员获得合适的入职培训及在职培训以保证他们能提供最优质的客户服务
• Ensure proper shift alignment and hold Operators and Officers accountable for their actions. Fill in as needed during Operators and Officers break.
• 正确的轮班/换班，追究监控员及保安员对自己的行为责任。如有需要，在监控员及保安休息时顶岗
• Evaluate security systems requirements regularly and make recommendations for changes and improvements as needed.

• Review logs and reports of all work shifts, ensuring their validity, accuracy, and conformance to standards

• Identifies and makes recommendations for minimizing security risks. Implements action plans to monitor and control risk.

• Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and act to ensure that all staff members understand and comply by these.

• Act as liaison between local law enforcement agencies and management during crisis situations.

• Work closely with local business leaders as appropriate to understand local needs as affected by security and work with the rest of the security team to address the needs

• Any other duties assigned by security management team

What we’re looking for:

• Required minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in security field, 1-2 years as a leader is a preference
• 3-5年安保工作经验，有1-2年管理经验优先
• Preference for a College Degree, a combination of education and experience may be accepted to fill this requirement
• 本科学历优先。接受有近似教育经历及相关安保行业工作经验候选人申请
• Required to be on-call for emergencies and incidents at all hours 24/7/365.
• 紧急事件、突发事件必须24小时随叫随到
• Required to be well organized and have a keen attention to details
• 有条理、注重细节
• Required to have knowledge of security operations and procedures
• 安保运营及安保流程相关知识
• Must have ability to multi-task
• 能同时处理多项任务
• Must be able to effectively deal with subordinates and senior level of client's and company personnel
• 能妥善处理与下属、客户方高管及员工关系
• Must be able to motivate, coach and train
• 有一定激励、辅导、培训能力
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in local language (and in English as preference)
• 熟练掌握用汉语读写沟通技巧。掌握英语读写技能者优先
• Must have excellent computer skills
• 熟练掌握各类电脑软件使用技能
• Shall be discreet and maintain strict confidentiality
