As a Solution Test Architect, you will be responsible for: Define and implement the Solution level test strategy for maximum coverage and minimal effort / turnaround time (TAT) Support the Test Managers in achieving their strategic goals for the Test Team by providing technical support to the Managers and team Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in-line with the skill set of the team Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive project Communicate and interact effectively with organizational management and staff This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Have good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle such as Agile, Kanban, Waterfall. Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques (e.g. OATS/Pairwise) in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team Have the ability to monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC Stay up to speed on process, practice, and technology developments to ensure they are brought in-house and enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected Extensive experience in organizational transformation from proof of concept to enterprise solution roll-out Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in a related field and the successful demonstration of key responsibilities Willing to travel up to 20% Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
