A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SPA Director to be part of a luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsible for managing all areas of the 2.500 m2 spa, and fitness center, including its services, services, hours of operation, facilities and team. 

As SPA & Health Club Director you will establish and execute clear short- and long-term goals. You develop the strategic direction of the department, including marketing and social activities to promote the spa and wellness facilities. You proactively manage the financial P/L to maximize business opportunities.

You will manage internal auditing processes to ensure highest satisfaction of guests and members. 

You will work hand-in-hand with suppliers to ensure exceptional product and service delivery.  

You are in charge to lead and motivate the spa and fitness/recreation team.

The SPA & Health Club Director will be part of the Executive Team reporting to the General Manager. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 

•    3 years of experience in a comparable role in high end hospitality 
•    Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration) is an asset
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management position or supervisory position in a spa or related field
•    Experience in spa therapy role is recommended
•    Previous luxury hotel experience with background in financial budgeting and forecasting
•    Spanish and English proficiency
•    Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
•    Entrepreneurial spirit
•    Attention to detail
