WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Personalized advice on the most convenient treatments.
• Selecting and performing the massage or treatment best suited to the client's needs.
• Preparing and adapting the facilities, means and products necessary for the treatment.
• Maintain a suitable environment for the performance of the services.
• Acting under the rules of safety, hygiene and environmental protection in the hotel and catering industry.
• Setting up, monitoring and shutting down the water, temperature and spa facilities.
• Ability to make the client feel at ease by creating a relaxing environment.
• Be knowledgeable of all aspects related to spa treatments and therapies.
• Ensure that the hotel's fire procedure and Occupational Health and Safety protocols are adhered to in the department.
• Ensure that any suspicious activity or anything unusual should be reported immediately.
• All those analogous and/or equivalent, inherent to the professional performance itself.
• Respect all measures and protocols of occupational risk prevention, social distancing, cleaning and disinfection.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 

• Commitment to the hotel, excellence and customer orientation.
• Helpful and prompt.
• Training related to the position
• High level of English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Good communication skills, to explain treatments to clients.
• Attention to detail.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
