Technical PA to Head of Department – Group Information Security

• Maintain staff inventory and track open positions along with hiring status.
• Coordinate talent acquisition process for GIS and provide guidance/support for new starters on internal processes and requirements. Engage with recruiters to arrange interviews.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, laptops/monitors/headsets etc and maintain pool to ensure availability.
• Plan and coordinate business travel reservations for HOD and senior staff according to Shared Services process.
• Organise conference calls, meetings, room bookings for HOD and visiting directors.
• Manage expense submissions for HOD and provide guidance for Group Information Security.
• Collaborate with other teams across Shared Services to promote GIS, organizing introductions and info sharing sessions where appropriate.
• Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with other team members.
• Liaise with vendors to arrange technical training across tech risk.
• Promote and arrange internal soft-skill training courses alongside HR teams.
• Manage sharepoint sites and shared drives containing GIS shared information
• Plan and run rewards and recognition scheme and other engagement activities such as team building, remote competitions.
