Provide support to end-users related to request / enquiries concerning ARIBA and CONCUR; work with Level 2 (L2) team and other stakeholders to resolve the enquiry.- Support Service Desk requests/enquiries for ARIBA and CONCUR which focused on Level 1 support requests/enquiries, i.e. system navigation, system error’s investigation, business process related to system functionalities
- Handle and manage the ticketing system with timely update on the ticket status. This includes ticket creation for other respective teams, i.e. Level 2, Procurement Support Operations (PSO) team, etc.
- Ensure timely escalation to L2 and PSO team. Ensure tickets are handled within the agreed SLA by severity levels.
- Perform broadcast on planned/unplanned downtime and system related enhancement.
- Support ARIBA Guided Buying (GB) implementation at BUs and other improvement project as & when required
- Support reporting and statistics requirement for monthly / quarterly engagement meetings with business units
- Assist Team Lead/ Manager on orientation and training for new joiners, buddy system Assist Team Lead / Manager to update the daily support process guidelines for the team usage
- Advise the right process to end-users for the out of scope enquiry/request. i.e. PCR process, HR & Finance related processes, PIR in Solman etc.
