1、Execution of the Parts Approval Process on a basis of Doc 24 (Supplier Quality Plan) in close cooperation with the Project QA (responsible for Doc 24) and the Buyer, including close-out of action items.
2、Input to supplier specifications: Support PQA in issuing quality section of project requirements (processes) and liaise with system engineering to ensure that Q-requirements (product) are considered in system requirements and influence Supplier Selection with a TCO focused cross functional Offer Evaluation including consideration of past Supplier .
3、Participation in specific cross-functional improvement projects/activities led by Procurement (e.g. TCO activities) Performance.
4、SQA will initiate and follow up the problem-solving activities with suppliers (NCR process, 8D), continuous improvement activities including coaching and drive open items to conclusion (PDCA).
5、Execution of the quality part of the Supplier Evaluation & Approval Process (SAA and PAA) (in support of supply management) and monitoring of special processes at suppliers.
6、Ensure the execution of policies as well as timeliness and quality deliverables.
7、NCG and OTD data collection and harmonization, take part to low performing internal meetings and conducts performance reviews and recommends pay action * Team leadership in specific task within cross functional area.
8、Support supplier chargeback.
Key Requires:
1、University degree or equivalent through experience.
2、Typically 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
3、Proficiency in BT's SEAP, PAP processes.
4、Good knowledge of key procurement processes.
5、Good knowledge of IRIS and other relevant standards and Quality planning (e.g. AQPQ).
6、Utilisation of tools like SMIS, SAP.
7、Knowledge of basic Quality skills (standards, tools), configuration and change management.
8、Profound technical knowledge specific to assigned commodities.
9、Practical experience of supplier audits (system and process), Parts Approval Process (PAP), Quality Planning (e.g. APQP), Multiple Customer Supplier Relationships.
10、Expert knowledge of problem resolution/root cause analysis (8D, etc).
