As an SQE, you will be part of the Robotics & Discrete Automation (RA) Business and Robotics Business Line (BL), based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics & Discrete Automation (RA) offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will lead a team of Procurement & Logistics specialists within the Robot Supply Unit (SU) Product Group/ Robotics Business Line (BL)/ Robotics & Discrete Automation (RA) Business in Shanghai /China country/NAS region. You will drive excellence in the execution of purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.

• Incoming Instruction setup and control.
• Non-conformance material handling.
• Quick response for internal and external customer complaint.
• Supplier 8D approve and verifying.
• Supplier performance management and tracking.
• Supplier annual performance evaluation.
• Compliance with safety, health and environment regulation.
• Co-work with SCM Commodity team to solve quality, delivery problems.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 3 years and above working experience in Supplier Quality function.
• Knowledge in Iron/Aluminum Casting manufacture.
• Familiar with TS16949, SPC,FMEA,APQP,QC-7tools, Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
