Primary Objectives 岗位主要目标:
Works with procurement department to develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve supplier quality management processes to assure the quality of incoming materials for both new product Criterion and existing product delivery; Partners with Purchasing driving actions to discover, prevent and solve supplier quality issues by adoption of supplier quality management methods or tools.
与采购部门合作,完善及辅导执行供应商质量关系程序及标准,确保来料质量符合目前Criterion新产品及现有产品的生产品质需要; 通过适当的质量管理方法及工具,及时的发现和预防并跟进供应商来料质量问题。
Major Areas of Accountability主要职责:
1. Partners with procurement department in upgrading, maintaining and implementing supplier quality management system, process and standards, to meet stakeholders’ requirements and our shipment schedule.
- Based on business needs, recommends revisions in system and its key processes;
- Develops and implements, by leading the cross-functionally, quality process and metrics addressing optimizations of supplier product quality, elimination of rework/repair occurred in supplier side.
- Sets up necessary inspection tools/gauges on supplier base, to support the business, and qualify these inspection tools and gauges. If necessary, guides the supplier to build the related working instructions for these inspection tools/gauges.
- Develops incoming material quality check guidelines or standards.
与采购部配合维护、完善及执行供应商管理体系、流程及标准,确保体系的有效运转,以求在供应商处降低返工/返修, 以满足相关方的要求及我们的出货计划。
- 结合业务现状,对现有管理体系及其附属流程的更新及维护;
- 带领跨职能团队对供应商的产品及过程质量进行优化, 设定相应的质量控制过程及准则;
- 对供应商提出必要的检具/量具配备, 必要时帮助供应商建立作业指导书;
- 制定进货检验计划和检验指导书,并负责协调执行作业指导书。
2. Assesses the potential suppliers, partners with procurement department making selection.
参与新供应商开发与审核,与采购部一起选择出合格的供应商。
3. Collaborates with cross-functional team for supplier sample approval process, identifies and specifies necessary improvement actions, and follows up the improvement processes.
参与供应商初始样件的评估/检测工作,协同对供应商的样品进行批准, 识别或列明必要的改善行动要求, 并跟进其落实情况。
4. Responsible for provides timely input and drive for corrective actions to suppliers per key quality issues found in all quality check or customer service points. Leads to drive analysis and investigation of product and process quality problems occurred in supplier process or product to root causes resolution by using necessary quality tools or methods. Ensure that prompt and effective actions are taken to prevent or resolve quality issues in supplier sides.
负责保障供应商所供原材料及零件的质量,在进料检验、生产过程检验、客户抱怨等方面都要及时反馈给供应商并要求其整改;带领跨职能团队驱动供应商采用适当的质量管理工具和方法对产品和过程的质量问题进行分析及调查,以找到根本原因,制定及执行解决方法,以迅速纠正及预防供应商处所发生的不符合事项。负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果,同时进行现场审核检查。
5. leads the regular supplier assessment with the cross-functional team, drive for action plans with non-conforming findings. Introduces and coaches supplier necessary quality improvement tools or methods.
参与对现有供应商定期的体系及能力评审;推动供应商内部质量的持续改进。能通过沟通、培训及辅导等,提升供应商的解决问题的能力。
6. Provides internal training and coaches to other functions to other related functions based on needs.
对其他相关职进行必要的供应商质量控制方面的培训、辅导。
7. Assist the purchasing team to optimize and integrate supplier chain resources, if required.
配合采购部采取必要的手段对供应资源优化与整合。
8. Communicate with suppliers to deal with defective materials found by IQC.
与供应商沟通处理IQC发现的不良物料
9. Other ad-hoc assigned tasks by the supervisor.
其他主管临时交办的任务。
任职要求:
Qualification and Requirements 一般任职资格及要求
1. Education 教育水平:
College graduated of engineering profile, mechanical machining/design major preferred.
大专毕业, 工程类专业, 机械制造/设计专业优先。
2. Experience 职业经验:
Min. 5 years relevant working experiences, and min 2 years experience in supplier quality management in mechanical machining industry
五年相关工作经验, 两年机械制造行业供应商质量管理经验。
3. Expertise 专业知识技能:
knowledge with the points and requirements of mechanical industry, including machining, metal treatment, such as turning, milling, heat treatment, plating, etc.; Knowledge of ISO9000 and quality management tools, such as control plan, MSA、SPC、8D。.
熟悉机械行业加工特点和要求, 包括机械加工, 金属表面处理等, 如切削加工, 热处理,电镀等。熟悉ISO9000、14000等质量体系,掌握通用质量管理工具,如control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D等.。
4. Language & PC语言计算机:
Ability to read/write English documents/emails, oral English is preferred;
Proficiency in use of computer & Micro Office applications. Familiar with AutoCAD, ProE is preferred.
能读/写英语邮件或查阅英文资料, 有口语能力者优先考虑。
熟练操作电脑并使用Micro Office软件(含PowerPoint), 会AutoCAD, ProE者优先。
5. Skill 其他能力与素质要求:
