The position is recreated to support AGCO’s China Operations. The position is responsible for all supplier qualification and part qualification process in China for AGCO China Operations and global AGCO locations. The position also is a gateway of communication between AGCO global locations and AGCO suppliers in China. The qualified candidate should be able to assess China supply base capability and train them on AGCO processes and procedures. The candidate will coordinate the China supply base for his or her commodity to ensure that AGCO worldwide locations have access to that information and it can be shared within AGCO organization.

Job responsibilities：

• Manage and lead part qualification APQP/PPAP process with suppliers (plus)
• Train supplier on AGCO quality requirement (support quality improvement of suppliers)
• Develop supplier on their quality system and procedure
• Resolve quality issues with suppliers
• Lead communication between AGCO locations and suppliers
• Support production to fix parts' problem in time
• Comply with company EHS rules and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

Must have bachelor degree in engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in quality and /or manufacturing

Must have working knowledge of casting manufacturing processes

In depth knowledge of TS16949, QS9000 and well experienced in supplier auditing and supplier development

Proven successful record in multi-national companies

Team player， self-motivator， great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure

Candidates with knowledge of lean manufacturing and fundamental statistics skill is preferred

Good oral and written English skills are required to facilitate effective communication in a multi- culture environment
