This exciting role offers opportunity to: To support suppliers to deliver qualified products on time and driver the continuous improvement Support on new sourcing and NPD project Supplier quality system assessment As Eaton request to conduct regular vendor qualification and assessment Qualify supplier production process with PPAP base Establish supplier quality control, include process and product Monitor supplier quality performance and lead continue improvement to support supplier development Vendor quality Problem handling working with vendor and internal team Vendor quality customer complaints handling Vendor quality Kaizen project leading Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above 10+ years’ experience Skilled with products of mechanical industry and supplier quality management skill; experience in electrical industry is a plus Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking Good at team building and strong team driver for process and system improvement Good problem-solving skill, identify problem root cause, completed prevent action Good at quality tool application, such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, etc. Yes!
