Job Description :
1.Ensure Maturity Evaluation availability and update from project team towards SQM CI.
2.Ensure Supplier Component Review execution.
3.Identify gaps in supplier panel and feedback to SQM CAT.
4.Support in-time sourcing and guarantee Sourcing Decision signature according signature rules.
5.Guarantee in-time releases of new components.
6.Facilitate the hand-over from SQM CI towards SQM SP.
7.Regularly review of component introduction status.
8.Escalation in case quality requirements of components or component introduction schedule can't be met.
9.Give continuously feedback to project team/ engineering about APQP / PPAP status from SQM
10.Provide regularly report to SQM Management.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 and application of quality methods & tools, it is better to have experience about supplier quality management.
3. More than 5 year quality assurance or project management experience.
4. Knowledge of mechanical parts and component assembly (like as injection molding, cable assembly, casting, machining, stamping, rubber...) is preferred.
5. Be good oral/written English skill, good communication and presentation skill.
