ii. Strategy areas: SCORE E2E SCM Strategy, Virtual Warehouse for flexible order fulfillment, instrument based auto replenishment of supplies, upgrading S&OP process
iii. focused on making time, information, and decision processes more effective and structured including policy making and selected project management
iv. integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed;
v. honest broker and truth teller when the leader needs a wide-ranging view without turf considerations, confidant without an organizational agenda
- Skills
i. Analytical mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, effective interpersonal skills
ii. Strong SCM background, not limited to Healthcare space, fast moving consumer goods, automotive or aviation could be a fit as well
