Job Requirements:
8 years’ HR overall experience, experience in C&B will be a plus.
Experience in handling payroll and related benefit process, prefer to have experience in Jinyun.
Good communication skill with both English and Mandarin.
Familiar with China labor law.
People with SAP system experience or knowledge will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Setup and manage the monthly attendance process and payroll process in short term and mid-term.
Handle all the social security and housing found submission locally in Jinyun on time.
Draft the C&B policy and procedure, prepare on the employment handbook during the new plant setup.
Support the hiring activity for both Blue collar and White collar.
Implement and familiar with the internal HR software and system.
