岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Report to TSI Manager, supervise projects which comes from both internal & external, participant monthly meeting with Germany to align current and future tasks for MES implementation and new technology. Help to define the road map and strategy for MES project launch team. And draft standard document template.
报告给TSI经理,管理内外部项目的执行,参与和德国方面的月度管理会议并讨论当前/未来的MES项目导入与技术规范。帮助定义团队的策略与发展路线,并起草标准文档的模板
2. Working with logistic, production team to roll out Global/Internal Strategy Project “Continuous Replenishment Program with Automatic backflash”, “Advanced Planning and Scheduling” and “Andon system”
同物流,生产,质量部门一起来推行全球战略项目-“不间断供料系统与自动回冲”,“自动排产系统”和“安灯系统”
3. Support shop floor reporting and dashboard based on MES data visualization of Shop floor KPIs like OEE, FPY, Labor efficiency and able to explain the deviation to production team
支持基于MES数据可视化的车间关键绩效指标(如OEE、FPY、劳动效率)的车间报告和仪表盘,并能够向生产团队解释偏差

4. Project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing to on time flawless launch management of all new project with high quality

高质量的按时完成新项目的项目启动,计划,执行,监控,收尾等一系列工作

5. Support continuous improvement on all processes inside the plant, like OEE improvement, productivity improvement and manufacturing cost reduction.
支持工厂内所有流程的持续改进,如OEE改进、生产率提高和制造成本降低

6. Technical analysis on industrial projects. Take participate in 6 sigma projects, work closely with production and quality department for any quality ad-hoc problems.
工业项目技术分析。参与六西格玛项目,与生产和质量部门密切合作,解决任何质量问题

7. Work closely with lean department in OEE, TPM or other operation excellence projects.
在OEE、TPM或其他卓越运营项目中与精益部门密切合作

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant professional backgrounds in information technology, electronic information engineering, automation, control engineering, especially on discrete production plant, more than 8 years relevant post work experience, more than 1 year team management experience
本科以上学历,信息技术、电子信息工程、自动化、控制工程等相关专业背景,尤其是离散生产车间,8年以上相关岗位工作经验,1年以上团队管理经验。

2. Have a relatively in-depth understanding of manufacturing-related business, with experience in smart manufacturing, digital manufacturing, enterprise information planning, lean manufacturing, etc., with actual manufacturing process background preferred.
对制造相关业务有较深入的了解,有智能制造、数字制造、企业信息规划、精益制造等方面的经验,有实际制造工艺背景者优先

3. Manufacturing management system (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP), product life cycle (PLM) and other large-scale management system software implementation and management experience is preferred, Production planning, production scheduling, automation planning, intelligent logistics construction experience is preferred.
有制造管理系统(MES)、企业资源计划(ERP)、产品生命周期(PLM)等大型管理系统软件实施和管理经验者优先,有生产计划、生产调度、自动化计划、智能物流建设经验者优先

4. Excellent leadership, team management capabilities, good communication and coordination Ability and ability to grasp the overall situation; Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, ability to solve problems independently and strong resistance to stress, able to adapt to high-intensity work and travel needs.
具有良好的领导能力、团队管理能力、良好的沟通协调能力和全局把握能力;责任心强,敬业精神强,独立解决问题能力强,抗压能力强,能适应高强度的工作和出差需要

5. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
良好的听说读写英文的能力
