Job Description:

1.      Work as a contact window/leader/coordinator for the factory with field team (including FAE, AE, Sales etc.) to handle customer issues, customer inquiries and customer reports.

2.      Work as a leader in the factory to handle all customer audits, visits and conf. calls.

3.      Work as a coordinator in the factory to handle RMA cases till closure.

 Requirements

1.      More than 10 years of related experience in CQE.

2.      Hands on experience and knowledge in SSD/HDD industry.

3.      Hands on experience and knowledge in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D etc.

4.      Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO System Auditor is an advantage.

5.      Good experiences in Quality System Management, QA Engineering and QA Audit is an advantage.

6.      Visionary, aggressive, objective minded and results oriented.

7.      Systematic with good problem solving, statistical analyst and project management skills.

8.      The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, must have excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced but limited resource environment.

9.      Good leadership, good communication skill, be able to interact with all levels of employee and stakeholder.

10.   Good team player.

11.   Be fluent in English.
