G2M) and lead the implementation for Digitalization & Sustainability (hereafter D&S) business of EA BU. • Market study and specification for D&S portfolio of EA, work together with PLM. • Light house and pilot use case development for EA D&S. • EA D&S “White book” plus applications/sales competence training content. • Cooperate and support for Digital Services Business of EA. • Target setting and awarding policy of EA D&S with internal and external view. • Market promotion, especially via digital platform. • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. Who are we looking for? • Bachelor’s Degree or above, a combination of engineering and business is a strong plus. • 8 years+ working record in 1st class companies or entities, 3 years+ in management level responsibility • Related / equalized or premium working experience in Siemens or affiliate company. • Strong interest in digitalization and seeking new paths / business models. • Ideally a good mix of digital background with industrial experiences. • Clear mindset and strategic thinking to allocate everything related to the modernization of IT landscape. • Has cross function process planning experiences and project driven capability. • Self-motivated and be able to really drive the progress forward. • Strong story-lining skills and presentation skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
