Mission/ Position Headline:
Provide reliable investigation result of technical problems in field and production
Coordinate escalation handling within PLM and with external partners (e.g. CS, HSC, Customer)
Drive cooperation between CT and MI for related products.

Areas of Responsibilities:
1.Installed base monitoring & reporting (incl. CUT or Clinical Trial);
2.Perform technical support of SSME products and field activities coordination;
3.Escalation and customer complaint handling (Field and Production);
4.Handle onsite update issue and customer evolve for products;
5.Onsite technical support on request for critical issues;

6.Knowledge share with all PS colleagues;
7.Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Experiences:

At least 3 years’ experience of medical equipment development or customer support.

At least bachelor degree, engineering background preferred.
