Mission/Position Headline: To maintain SSME customer relationship, collect customer feedback on SSME products, support clinical related issues for SSME R&D projects

Areas of Responsibilties:

1.Responsible for clinical collaboration/trial organization&execution&closure to support R&D projects.
2.Customer feedback collection.
3.Customer satisfaction survey organization& collaboration
4.Arrange hospital visit for various requirement from internal colleagues.

Experience
At least 2 years work experience on medical imaging devices related clinical issues. One year experience on customer relationship management, better with clinical trial experience or working experience in radiology dept of hospital

Education
Bachelor degree

Language skill
Good written English skill and basic verbal skill

Communication skill
Advanced, Clinical collaboration’s negotiation & organization requires good communication skill
