Smart Remote Services (SRS) is a secure data link that connects our customers’ medical equipment to service experts in our Customer Care Center. Via SRS, the performance and condition of their equipment can be monitored in real-time.
It makes a broad range of proactive and interactive services available – including fast error identification, remote repair and software updates, preventive maintenance, and collaboration services.
SRS gives our customers the confidence that any deviations and disturbances can be tracked down before a problem can affect their work.
Remote Solution supports our customers in the complete rollout of a remote service infrastructure and thereby ensure failsafe, stable, and fast data transmission. Our focus is on the development, installation, configuration, and support of IT systems to provide remote services. Our challenge is to support our customers optimally regarding image display and transmission to various medical modalities.

- Comply to global defined process and knowledge base, drive the communication with internal / external customer to deliver desired technical solution and service.
- Research, troubleshoot, develop and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
- Response to special requirements, independently handover projects.
- Actively find new opportunities and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- General Network management / IT Security / Operation System knowhow.
- Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high pressure situations
- Strong analytical logic thinking
- Effective communication and collaboration skill; Fluent in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
- Supporting / service desk working experience is preferred.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering , Language.
- CISCO CCNA certification are preferred
