Job Description What are my responsibilities? 1. Responsible for supplier development and improvement by supplier evaluation and audit process.通过对供应商的评估及考核，以公司战略规划为目标，引导供应商选择和开发过程2. Implement the total cost saving plan by technical analyzing and value engineering. Reach target on cost reduction and SCM risk management by implementing key commodity strategy.通过对供应商以及产品的技术分析和价值工程，实施对项目总成本的降低。通过实施主要品类物料策略，实现年度降本和供应链风险控制。3. Lead negotiation on commercial terms in purchase contract with suppliers to reach company budget targets.主导供应商商务条款及合同的谈判，以达到公司预算要求。4. Supplier appraising / site-auditing for existing and potential suppliers with company standard tools.使用公司标准工具对现存或将合作的供应商作评估及审核。5. Collect quotation from existing and potential suppliers and make price comparison. Update the price information and commercial condition of suppliers in system.收集现存的以及有可能合作的供应商信息并做价格对比。实时对价格信息及供应商商务条款在系统中进行数据更新，确保数据的准确性。6. Defining, initiating and developing (part) concepts and procedures in new project or new supplier development, and implementing SPR strategies in the project.负责新项目或新供应商产品开发和样品确认，并在项目中实施采购战略。7. Market lookout for new components / technology and sourcing opportunities. Collect market information for components/materials/suppliers/price/etc.对新物料/新技术作市场调查。收集物料/产品/价格/供应商等相关信息。8. Responsible for monitoring key supplier Quality / Logistic Performance and follow up with the PDCA of suppliers’ correct action plan.负责监督供应商的质量/物流情况并跟踪供应商对于PDCA的正确规划。What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Bachelor degree or above in electric engineering, automation or relative major 电气工程、自动化或机电一体化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。2. Be good at both verbal and written English 英语说写流利3. SAP Operational practice preferred有SAP经验为佳4. At least 3 years work experience. Good knowledge of electrical products至少三年工作经验，良好的电气产品知识5. Good negotiation skills良好的谈判技巧6. Familiar with tools of analytical thinking as well as the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and other departments.习惯运用分析工具辅助思考以解决问题，具有与供应商和其他部门进行有效沟通的能力。7. Capability in multitasking processing具备同时处理多项任务的能力8. Intelligence in China supply market is a plus有能力获取中国供应市场相关情报为加分项
