Store Ambassador (Storekeeper) should ensure all article are maintained in stores as per LSOP and always maintained as per Standerd and further insuring smooth operation. Nothing in stores in over stored and articles are properly.

What is in it for the Employee:

1. Store Supervisor will insure all  received items are stored in organised in an organized manner, alcohol Received always tally with TP.
2. Store Supervisor will insure all article are issued in FIFO method and avoid any items getting  expired or spoiled.
3. Store Supervisor will insure store have proper PAR Stock and nothing is Below PAR level so that operation runs smoothly.
4. Store Supervisor will insure Beverage store closing tally with excise register on daily Basis.

 

 

What you will be doing:

 

• To Maintain PAR Stock as Per previous trend of consumption.
• To Maintain Daily issue of Article on FIFO basis and insuring issue as per request only.
• To Maintain Basis Hygiene at stores as per HSSAP.
• Complete Stores inventory at least Monthly twice and getting it tally with FL I register.
• Maintaining FL I Register on daily Basis and printing Brand wise ot closing.
• Preparing Store Request after Checking Par 3 times a week.
• Highlighting any discrepancy to F&B Controller.

 

 

Employee experience and skills include:

1. Having 1-2 years of experience in Beverage Store.
2. Having good computer skill in MS Excel, MS Word and working experience of Material control.
3. Having good knowledge of various brand and Article.
4. Graduation Completed.
