As a Strategy & Business Operations Professional, you will be responsible for: Reporting to the global Head of Strategy & Business Development for Laboratory Diagnostics, you will play a key role in advancing strategic topics for the business and ensure successful strategy execution You will interface with senior leadership within Laboratory Diagnostics to understand and help shape strategic priorities, translate priorities into projects and metrics and ensure execution Acting as program manager and cross-functional team lead, you will scope, plan, and execute strategic projects targeting key growth areas for the Laboratory Diagnostics business Leveraging our strategic KPI framework and partnering with key leaders in the functions and franchises including Finance, Marketing & Sales and Research & Development, you will drive improvement of business operations metrics, data analytics and processes You will partner with operations and Strategic Planning to analyze and enhance the automation and reporting mechanisms of our strategic key performance indicators This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have experience in defining and implementing cross-functional strategic projects in global businesses as responsible project and/or program manager You are result oriented, you have grit, and you know how to overcome challenges to bring projects to successful conclusion You thrive in a technology-focused, analytical culture and you have a strong affinity for the biomedical and/or medical device space You have a strong understanding of business processes across functions, how targets can be broken down into metrics, and how the pieces come together to ensure business success You have experience in data analytics, and you know how to translate data into actionable recommendations You know how to effectively communicate with a broad array of stakeholders You have strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint and can efficiently use these tools to analyze and communicate business situations and opportunities Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, business, or finance, MBA or other advanced science / engineering degree strongly preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IVD (preferred), medical device, or life science fields A minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, at least 3 years of project leadership experience and strong knowledge of business and data analytics You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to create high impact communication materials You must have the capability to simultaneously lead and manage multiple high complexity projects.
