- European multinational company owning several internationally famous infant and mother care brands
- Hong Kong office : finance office
- Shenzhen office : sourcing/trading/logistics office
- Specialize in : infant products and mother care products which include infant Toys, Nursery items, Juvenile products, Medical items, infant Clothing & Shoes.
- Main market : US, Europe, Asia, China and worldwide
- We are looking for SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER – with details as follows :
- THE JOB :
Report to the European CEO who is based in Shenzhen office - Oversee and manage overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy of goods from China to US/EU and worldwide markets
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Lead Supply Chain team of 25-30 members
- Tertiary education
- Studies in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business related is a plus
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain or Logistics Manager for more than 3 years
- Solid experience of supply chain from China to overseas markets
- Experience in infant products / toys / garment & textiles / sundries / consumer goods for overseas markets is highly prefer
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong leadership and management skills
- 5 days work
- Work location : Shenzhen (close to MTR)
