Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, Public Relations, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in corporate communication, public relations or sustainability field, at least 4 years in driving environmental, social and governance initiatives or working in compliance/auditing background
• Practical experience in coordinating with different group entities to implement sustainable development polices and standards
• Auditor certification such as ISO 14001, SA 8000 or other relevant industry qualifications definitely a plus
• Experience in property or construction industry an advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving ability and high commitment to quality
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written; Fluent in Mandarin is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for the group
• Recommend suitable programmes and initiatives for stakeholders engagement
• Keep track of latest global trends and best practices in environmental, social and governance issues, benchmark against the Group’s situation and recommend areas for continuous enhancements
• Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders to produce annual independent sustainable development reports
• Liaise with group companies and business units to maintain and improve sustainable development standards and reports
• Conduct regular sustainable development meetings with group companies and monitor the progress & drive performance
• Cultivate and manage relationships with external experts, sustainability NGOs, government departments and relevant parties
• Partner and engage with cross-functional teams to carry out any ESG related projects across the Group
