Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Communications or other related disciplines
• Relevant qualifications demonstrating sound understanding of sustainability reporting standards, ESG related issues for listed company, environmental issues in real estate / construction industry, and the Government’s environmental initiatives
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sustainability / environmental consultant firms, medium to large corporations or NGOs. Experience in developing and implementing sustainability and/or environmental programmes particularly sustainability reporting in corporate environment is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all organization levels
• Strong project management skills and uncompromising to quality
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus; Advance knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Group’s sustainability reporting tasks including content development, data management and verification, stakeholder engagement, etc.
• Compile Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) related benchmarking survey responses, media materials and awards application
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance employee awareness on data entry and content
• Monitor market trends, conduct research to identify emerging and current issues for improvement and best practices sharing
• Build and enhance key internal and external partnerships with subsidiaries, academia, professionals, NGO partners, etc.
• Support all departments and business units in delivering against the Group’s sustainability strategy
• Assist in promoting and developing the Group’s expertise and reputation in sustainability
• Perform any other duties as necessary assigned by the line manager
