Mobility is the goal

• Lead projects and coordinate the development of Installation Methods & Standards for AP productlines and coordinate with the IMS Team Zaragoza

• Define global installation methods, decide which are the group methods and approve exceptions from global standards

• Development of installation methods for the Pre-Series and Zero-Series

• Define, develop, industrialize and document any new installation tooling required

• Support the development of the corresponding installation field documentation

• Define which installation documents have to be created and translated to the local languages during the product introduction phase

• Make sure that the defined installation methodology is safe and fulfills the Company Health&Safety provisions

• Assess the adequacy of the training concept and documentation (which are under the responsibility of CLD) to the installation concept

• Support the management of Pre-Series installations

• Evaluate the performance of the adapted installation processes, tools and field documentation during the processing of the Pre-Series and Zero-Series and assess the final fine-tuning. Assess the achievement of the standard installation hours at Zone level

• Make sure that the change-mgt. for installation documents is professionally organized

• Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts regarding installation methods

• Define installation standard hours and setup KPIs for installation

• Support the following tasks:

the definition of installation core processes for the Global product lines supplied by SCM China (SCK)

the development of installation tools and their interfaces

the definition of the field documentation for Installation

the definition of the training concept and content of the technical training documentation

• To support the Zone in the implementation of harmonized methods in different KGs

• Support the change procedure concerning installation method

• Support the roll-out of installation methods

• Elaborate installation specifications

• Ensure that the program, system and component specifications are aligned to Group standards

• Visit KGs to verify proper implementations of installation methods and to identify BDPs

Mobility needs you

• Technical degree in engineering or equivalent

• Experience in the fulfilment process of elevator business, in particular installation

• Practical experience in installation management

• Sound project manager capabilities and experience preferably in an international business environment

• Professional work experience in field operations, installations New Installation Business or similar

• Good knowledge of the Group organization

• Mastering of the different aspects of the field processes: technical impact, installation planning, needed tools, feasibility of practical implementation

• Understanding and managing of the different cultures

• Proven and recognized ability to lead small projects

• Proven field experience in several or all of the following: field support, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting

• Good knowledge of product creation, supply chain and manufacturing processes

• Experience in a cross-functional and multi-cultural organization

• Self-motivated

• Strongly result oriented

• Culturally sensitive

• Understand operational installation excellence and the will to search for, work on and meet or exceed expectations in regard of work safety and installation efficiency

• English BEC 2 level or equal

• Team player with a strong focus on catching up BDP’s from KG’s and/or competitors
