As a Software Agile, Compliance and Security Lead reporting to the VP and GM, you will be responsible for driving agile transformations, compliance requirements for software products to meet industry and government requirements, and security across software development products. The candidate will also help drive strategic initiatives across the compiler engineering organization within the Developer Software Engineering (DSE) of the Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG).
You will have the unique ability to apply your experience in agile, compliance, security, and project management skills to drive and influence engineering teams, software architects and management on the Intel oneAPI toolkit. This may include development of advanced compilers, runtimes, kernel libraries, tools, etc. The successful candidate will also partner with product planning, product management, operations management, and other stakeholders to ensure sound engineering practices are followed, tasks are properly prioritized matching available resources; may also be required to provide architectural and technical guidance. You will be the key person in providing direction and goals to the organization and interacting with stakeholders both internal and external.
An ideal candidate would exhibit behavioral skills that indicate:
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated fluency in spoken/written English
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Computer Science or with a related field with at least 2+ years of software engineering team leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
3 or more years with the following skills:
- Agile methodologies, software engineering practices
- Industry and government compliance and security
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on and with development tools such as compilers, tools, runtime libraries, etc.
Ability to understand software product architecture on a high level and make relevant decisions.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
