You will be working closely with all areas of end to end functional teams to support ISG product launch processes. This position will report to the ISG DCG Portfolio division within ISG Operations & Transformation. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Understand Lenovo hardware, software, and services offerings as well as business goals and product marketability for ONELenovo offerings. • Manage end to end product portfolio launch processes across functional teams (development, manufacturing, finance, procurement, services, operations, quality, business segments, marketing, and sales). • Creation and presentation of project milestone packages to cross functional leadership and executive teams throughout the lifecycle of the launch. • Coordinate work across different methods to market and functional teams to support a full ONELenovo offering. • Drive conversation and understanding between technical teams and executives to meet the goals of the offering and deliver excellence to our customer. • Acts as a proactive learner with the ability to identify project issues, possible solutions, and lead them to resolution. • Promote team productivity and process improvements to meet organizational goals. #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Previous experience product launch and portfolio management. • 3+ years’ experience in project management. • Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Strong presentation skills • Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment. • Ability to work well with all levels sales and management, both internally and externally • Ability to solve complex problems and be persistent and assertive in the face of obstacles • Flexibility to work non-regular hours on occasion to meet global needs.
