WCS is looking for Application Services and SW Validation Group Lead. We are looking for a leader that has a knowledge and experience in building a successful integration and system validation teams, who can collaborate heavily across a variety of stakeholders, and can handles ambiguity.
� You will be leading a group of 30 System SW validation engineers (3 teams) who specialise in crowd source validation, Application services, E2E UX and more.
� Collaborating with Intel WiFi/BT development teams Product, System and Platform teams as well as customer support.
� Defining and shaping the future of system validation capabilities for crowd source testing, application services, and E2E UX.

Qualifications

� Min. 7 years of management experience
� Min 5 years of experience in leading hands-on Integration and system validation activities of Crowd Source, E2E UX, Application services.
� Proven technical leadership skills and ability to lead activities in multi-discipline matrix organization
� BsC/MsC in SW engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical engineering.
