Job Description
1. Direct the operating of Operational Procurement, Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales Order Management and related activities belong to Logistic, to achieve customer satisfactions by providing the best logistics solutions and service level:
- Budgeting and Forecasting for New Orders and Sales on company level, as well as cost center, head count etc. at department level.
- Material Planning and Operational Procurement: responsible for material requirement planning, purchase order management and tracking and supplier logistics management;
- Production Planning: according to the sales forecast, define and execute production planning/scheduling and stock strategy, and actual stock level monitoring, calculate the output forecast; establish weekly MPS and daily production planning schedule.
- Warehouse management: raw material warehouse, semi-finished goods warehouse and finished goods warehouse management, ensure economical stock level, matching accounting records and finished goods on time delivered and raw material on time supplied to production line.
- Order Fulfillment: responsible for domestic sales order and export sales order management and processing, Export Control, sales forecasting, delivery measurement, goods return and customer complaint.
2. Ensure logistic KPI including New Order, Sales, inventory turnover rate, Delivery Performance achieve the defined targets by regular monitoring and review meeting with team, take action if any deviation.
3. Regular review existing processes with cross team and function, improve the working process and lead the improvement projects to optimize the material flow and information flow, and reduce the logistic cost.
4. To develop team's competencies and set people's career path by continues communication, coaching and special assignment.
5. Regular information exchange with LP WA in regional company and distributors to understand served market and share SWAS information to customer on time.
Requirements:
1. >5 years Supply chain and Logistic management with team management experience in a manufacturing industry;
2. Familiar with Production Planning, Material Control, Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management;
3. Fluency English both oral and writing, international company working experience is preferred;
4. Supply Chain planning mindset, customer orientation, inventory replenishment knowledge, Supply chain & Production logistics processes controlling, Order management, Production Planning, Demand Planning competencies are mandatory;
5. Project management experience, Cross-function problem solving and influence people skill in both communication and result driven are required;
6. Leading more than 20 people experience is required.
