Responsibilities:

1. Development of manufacturing concepts and manufacturing technology

2. Design the fixture and LCA to ensure that it is suitable for production and new project

3. Ensure new equipment introduction and commissioning can be satisfied with technical requirement and project schedule.

4. New technical development and CIP for existing fixture and equipment

5. Other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

1. Very good knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology

2. Experience worked in relative business area

3. Proficient in AutoCad&Pro/E, proficient in mechanical design principles

4. Proficient in SIEMENS S7-200PLC, proficient in SIEMENS TIA Portal products, such as 1200PLC, KTP700 and other HMI

5. Proficient in testing equipment, such as high-pot, on-off and short circuit testing.

6. Proficient in pneumatic knowledge, such as cylinder, solenoid vales, etc.

7. Have good communication skills, brave in innovation, and has good learning ability.
