Team Introduction:
To support Alibaba’s fast-growing expansion of its world-class computing and storage infrastructure with the latest cutting-edge datacenter technologies, the Platform Product Technology Department is focusing on developing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Delivery Platform and Datacenter Operation Platform through innovative process engineering and technologies/techniques such as workflow automation, data analytics, modeling, optimization, machine learning and AI algorithms with the aim to achieve end-to-end operational efficiency and overall business intelligence.

为了支持阿里巴巴快速增长的基础设施建设和数据中心领先技术的开发,基础设施资源规划与交付平台(IaaS Delivery Platform)以及数据中心运营平台 (Datacenter Operation Platform)的目的是实现阿里经济体的数据中心(IDC)、网络和服务器等基础设施整个运营领域的全面产品化支撑,建设成世界一流的互联网基础设施运营决策平台,支持高效率,大规模的技术更新迭代,最终实现“用机器运营机器”的智能化运营愿景。

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Delivery Platform is going to support all business units within Alibaba to efficiently, cost-effectively and intelligently realize compute, storage, network resources in its worldwide datacenter infrastructure, covering the entire lifecycle of hardware resources - from forecast and planning to supply chain and delivery.

In this role you will be responsible for building world-class web applications to solve the above problem. Our team is looking for a Software Development Engineer/System Architect with experience on, ideally, both front-end interfaces and back-end systems. You will play an instrumental role in defining the system architecture, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall user experience of the software product. You should have a good understanding of building usable, high-performance web applications or Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Products. You must be willing to insist on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, security, and performance. You will ensure that engineering best practices are followed and the software is designed for high availability, scalability, and security.

• 系统的前端后端的整体设计
• 系统架构,具体模块设计和开发
• 产品设计和用户体验
• 系统的质量,性能,可维护性,安全性,高可用性
• 云上产品化和服务化

岗位要求:

• 8 years+ experience in large Internet or IT service industry. Experience on infrastructure and operation automation software system development is preferred.
• Strong system delivery background, a well-rounded technical background in current web and object-oriented technologies, and demonstrated experience working on complex projects.
• Good software development project management skills
• Experienced with Linux operating system, and building services on distributed computing infrastructure and Cloud environment
• Proficient with at least one coding languages and familiar with others, such as C++, Java, Scala, Python, Nodejs or Go
• Proficient with database technologies such as MySQL, HBase and time series database
• Experienced with data analytics tools and techniques for both offline and real-time applications
• Basic understanding of container and other Cloud virtualization as well as messaging technologies to support distributed system design
• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Be able to thrive in an ever-changing entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

• 有8年以上大型互联网公司或大型IT企业基础架构或运维系统架构设计经验
• 有过大型软件项目研发及管理经验
• 精通Linux操作系统 并熟悉分布式系统上软件开发的经验
• 精通至少一种,并熟悉两种编程语言,例如C++, Java,Python,Nodejs 或Go
• 熟悉MySQL,HBase,以及时间序列等数据库的应用
• 精通各种数据分析工具和方法在离线和实时数据处理上的应用
• 对于在云技术上的服务开发有一定的了解(如虚拟,消息队列等)
• 善于中英文口头表达和文字交流以及各个团队间的协作,具有优秀的方案撰写以及讲解能力
• 适应快速变化的创业环境,在模糊目标下可以自定义路径规划
• 团队协作能力好,追求新技术,客户第一,勇于接受挑战。
