- F.5 or above

- Possesses a Certificate in Building Studies or Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention or (b) Basic Occupational Health or (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council

- 1 year's relevant working experience

- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- To implement the safety policies in public estates
