The Role

• To implement the safety policies in public estates 
• To assist in the daily operations of managing a government public rental housing estate

Requirements

• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention or (b) Basic Occupational Health or (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council
• F.5 or above (under HKCEE or HKDSE)
• Good communication skills strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, initiative able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

We will provide on-the-job training in property management and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates. Experience not necessary.
