1. 作为EHS经理的下属, 协助EHS经理做好公司的安全管理工作；

As a subordinate of EHS manager, assist EHS manager in company safety management;

2. 认真贯彻执行国家有关职业健康、安全和环境保护方面的法律法规和标准以及公司各项HSE管理制度和要求；

To implement the national laws, regulations and standards on occupational health, safety and environmental protection ,as well as the requirements from the company's HSE management system;

3. 对上级要求推行的安全活动，负责在公司积极推进和落实；

Be responsible for promoting and implementing safety activities required by the superior;

4. 在EHS经理的要求和指导下组织制订、修订公司各项安全管理制度、操作规程和事故应急救援预案，协助EHS经理组织编制安全管理计划、方案；

With the requirements and guidance of EHS manager, organize to prepare and revise the company's various safety management procedures, SOPs and emergency response plans, and assist EHS manager to prepare safety management plans;

5. 加强对现场的安全检查，及时和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业以及违反操作规程的行为，并向相关人员发布安全检查报告，检查和跟踪后续措施的落实情况；

Enhance safety inspection on the site, correct illegal command, risky operation and violation of SOPs in time, and issue safety inspection report to relevant personnel, check and follow up the implementation status of preventive and corrective measures;

6. 协助EHS经理做好公司安全和职业健康风险评估工作，积极完成、跟踪相关后续工作；并督促落实公司重大危险源的安全管理措施；

Assist EHS manager in safety and occupational health risk assessment in the company, actively follow up the action plans; And supervise the implementation of safety management measures for company major hazard resource;

7. 协助EHS经理做好安全相关统计报告工作；

Assist EHS manager to finish the related safety summary report;

8. 积极参与职业卫生安全环保方面事故的分析、调查、处理和后续措施的跟踪；

Actively participate in the analysis, investigation, treatment and actions follow-up of HSE incidents;

9. 参加公司内外部安全相关的会议；

Attend the internal and external safety related meetings;

10. 协助EHS经理做好承包商及公司员工的安全培训和考核工作；

To assist EHS manager in the safety training and evaluation of contractors and employees;

11. 协助EHS经理，积极参与和组织相关的培训和演练活动；

Assist EHS manager to participate in and organize relevant safety trainings and drills;

12. 认真完成上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

• 
  化工或安全工程专业大专以上学历；

College or Bachelor's degree in chemical or safety engineering;

• 化工企业三年以上安全管理经验；

More than 3 years' experience in safety management in chemical company;

• 熟悉安全标准化管理体系；

Know well safety standardization management system;

• 英语可以沟通；

English able to communicate;

• 较强的安全管理推动能力；

Strong power to push safety management carrying on.
