Job Responsibilities:
- Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality, safety and all various management systems;
- Provide professional support on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance;
- Handle ad-hoc matters about quality, safety and environmental management across the Company / Site;
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site;
- Schedule and arrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site;
- Conduct OSH inspections, field visits, risk assessments, accident and incident investigation, personal and environmental monitoring;
- Review and update IMS manuals and procedures of management systems;
- Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement;
- Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma or above in relevant discipline;
- Qualified Register Safety Officer with Labour Department;
- Strong interpersonal skill is required;
- Mature and able to work independently;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
