Job Responsibilities:

• Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality, safety and all various management systems;
• Provide professional support on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance;
• Handle ad-hoc matters about quality, safety and environmental management across the Company / Site;
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site;
• Schedule and arrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site;
• Conduct OSH inspections, field visits, risk assessments, accident and incident investigation, personal and environmental monitoring;
• Review and update IMS manuals and procedures of management systems;
• Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement;
• Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma or above in relevant discipline;
• Qualified Register Safety Officer with Labour Department;
• Strong interpersonal skill is required;
• Mature and able to work independently;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
