We are currently recruiting an experienced Safety Officer / EHS Officer to join our Hong Kong office on a permanent basis. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible on all matters related to EHS / Quality systems
• Carry out EHS / Quality training for relevant parties
• Organize internal audit and ensure the internal audit being carried out regularly and meeting the schedules
• Handle document control, maintain audit records, and verify practices and training
• Arrange and monitor the follow-up actions and ensure that corrective actions are taken properly
• Control and monitor the progress of the EHS system
• Tendering and Oversea Support
• Handle and maintain records of technical and non-technical feedback or complaints from clients or in-house staff
• Basic Administration works

Requirements/Qualification: 

• Bachelor or Diploma in Health and Safety or Quality
• 5 years of experience in Quality/ Health & Safety/ Environmental Management
• Experience in ISO or SA8000 or TAPA an advantage
• Registered Safety Officer and First Aider
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written Chinese and English
• Effective time management skills to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple work assignments
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Work location in Lau Fau Shan
• Immediately available is an advantage
