Job Description

熟悉安全法律法规、国家标准、政府规章制度要求
Familiar with safety laws and regulation, GB codes and government regulation requirements. 执行年度安全培训需求调查工作，制定安全培训矩阵和年度安全培训计划。

Conduct safety training needs analysis and establish safety training matrix, annual safety training plan.

开发公司级安全培训材料，确保符合公司制度和国家法规标准要求，并不断完善更新。
Develop company-level safety training materials and ensure compliance with the requirements of company procedure and national standard and continuously improve and update the training package. 建立公司层面的在线安全学习平台，并建立对培训效果进行评估的测评体系。

Establish company-level safety online training platform and system to assess the training results.

负责承包商的管理，包括入场培训，安全施工方案的审核，现场施工的管理，安全绩效的考核

Responsible for contractor’s management including safety induction, safe work plan review, construction site safety management and contractor safety KPI management.

负责工厂的应急和安保管理，包括消防设施，应急救援队伍，应急预案编制、工厂保安队伍管理、安保制度制定等

Responsible for emergency and security management including fire fighting facilities, emergency response team, ER procedure, security team and security procedures.

负责组织工厂的应急演练

Responsible for emergency drills

负责制定安全的规则制度，推动现场的安全管理的提升

Establish safety procedures to continuously improvement the safety management

全日制本科及以上学历，安全工程、消防、化工等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection or Chemical Engineering

3年以上培训相关工作经验，具有石油化工外资行业经验优先

More than 3 years of safety training work experience，experience in foreign company in petrochemical industry is preferred

丰富的安全管理知识，性格外向开朗，表达能力强

Rich knowledge of safety management, outgoing, strong expression skills

注册安全工程师证书，培训培训师（Train to Trainer）证书优先

Registered safety engineer certificate, training trainer (Train to Trainer) certificate is preferred

熟练使用MS Office办公软件（Office、Excel、PPT等）；

Skillful in MS office package (Word, Excel, PPT) and etc.

具备基础的英文阅读能力，如能用英语作为工作语言更佳

Basic English reading capability. It will be a plus if the candidate can use English as the working language.
