Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
a) To manage some key customer accounts and lead the ownership to secure sales opportunity, increase revenue, achieve annual growth, and optimize the EBIT.
b) Promote SEDSA routine repair capability and new capability.
c) Develop repair proposal (exclusive or non-exclusive) and/or retrofit proposal to secure business with contracts.
d) Require to understand and process warranty dispute, special discount/waive request from customer, particular quote build-up request for approval from SEDSA repair administrator, and expedite the long-pending and/or big value quotes with customer smartly.
e) Cash collection for key customer accounts in assistance to SEDSA credit manager as to improve the cash flow.
f) Ownership of overall customer satisfaction / perception of SEDSA as an MRO site.
g) Networking with all customers distributing in China mainland and share the organizational changes internally timely.
h) Daily monitoring of all repair flows between SEDSA and customers to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication.
i) Involve in any special mission, such as imminent AOG, expedition of specific order, delivery discrepancy, quality complaint, etc.
j) Quality missions, such as cap list distribution, obtaining LOI, customer quality audit (documents only, or on-site)
k) Co-operate with all departments to identify sales opportunities and provide better customer services

Experience and Qualifications:
a) Diploma / Degree holder in engineering or business administration
b) Preferable 5-7 years in a commercial, business or sales & marketing role in the Aerospace industry.
c) Preferably to have experience in a MRO in repair administration, repair, quality, or engineering area.
d) Appreciates and possesses wide product knowledge and technical background in Aerospace aftermarket
e) Handle flexible hour and willing to travel within China and able to travel within short notice when necessary
f) Excellent verbal, written, presentation and computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
g) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
