Position based in Lima - Office.

Role Description:
The Sales Account Executive is expected to identify and capture every
growth/improvement opportunity within the assigned account(s) in a way that
our market share, sales and profit targets be met in a timely manner. We are
looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate capable of
penetrating across the customer organization in order to develop win-win
business relationships with key decision makers and operational leaders.

The candidate will be end to end responsible of the account planning and
delivery process, from portfolio definition and strategy alignment to
commercial plans development, sell-in/out forecasting, order
collection/replenishment and KPIs improvements at a store level.

The Sales Account Executive reports to the Peru Mobile Business Group General
Manager and is based in Lima, Peru.

Core Responsibilities:
Overcome difficulties and deliver market share, sales and profit targets as
required.
Develop deep understanding of customer strategy, structure, relevant processes
and key decision makers/executors.
Build win-win ties and develop influence with key people across the customer
organization, from top to bottom.
Consistently capture and sell value/impact for the account. Get Motorola
positioned as a key business partner.
Identify and fully reflect existing growth opportunities and improvements into
annual/quarterly business plans in a timely manner.
Negotiate portfolio and new product introductions. Meet success criteria for
distribution and channel awareness.
Develop multi-channel weekly plans in a way that sell out estimations are
fully backed. Track and adjust as needed.
Understand in depth customer supply chain ensuring a flawless replenishment.
Fully leverage weekly CPFRs.
Continuously track and follow up KPIs in order to improve recommendation and
closure rate at a store level.
Work with our marketing, trade and regional teams in demand creation
initiatives. Bring new sources of growth.
Keep and maintain the highest level of compliance with internal processes and
governance protocols.

#### Position Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas.
5+ years of experience leading sales teams and/or account management for large
businesses or big accounts.
Proven and well documented track record in Value Selling, Account Planning,
Portfolio Management, CPFR, Channel Mapping/Assessment and/or Business
Turnarounds.
Team player, able to work and be successful in a highly dynamic environment,
strong drive and passion for winning.
Fluent in English (advanced written and oral skills), with excellent
communication and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA, Masters or further specialization.
Knowledge of the technology market and retail business.
Knowledge in e-commerce channel is a plus.
Previous experience with retailers in related categories and/or with telecom
carriers.
