Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase the market share of our consumer electronics in Germany and Japan. Lead sales efforts, manage relationships with key clients, and explore new business opportunities with offline retailers and distributors.
Leverage existing relationships and establish new ones with offline retail partners (such as electronics stores and distributors) to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term revenue generation.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and market gaps.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product consistency, timely delivery, and promotional support.
Track and report sales performance, and regularly update senior management on the latest results, challenges, and future projections.
Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above. 3-5 years of sales experience in the 3°C consumer electronics industry (smartphones, wearables, accessories, etc.). Familiarity with the business environment and culture of target markets, with established channels and distributor resources. Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities. Ability to accurately assess market demand and trends and develop corresponding market, product, and brand strategies.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Proven track record of successfully entering major offline channels. Strong ability to integrate and coordinate across teams and external resources. Proficiency in English and fluency in the local languages of target markets (German and Japanese).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong adaptability and the ability to drive progress quickly under pressure. Ability to flexibly adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
