Job Description
1. Reply to inquiries on foreign trade platforms in a timely manner, take the initiative to develop customer demand, follow up the conversion of key customers, work hard to facilitate trading orders and assist in the completion of performance tasks;
2. Follow up the international exhibition participation matters;
3. To be responsible for the basic operation of the platform, such as product on the new release, optimization and update, participate in platform activities, etc.;
4. To do customer marketing work, such as taking the initiative to add target customers as friends and posting high quality marketing updates to the company's social media circle;
5. Follow up and collate customer orders;
6. Pay attention to product dynamics in the international market and target peer products, and assist in adjusting or developing new products when necessary;
7. Other business related or mutually supportive work as assigned by the supervisor.
