Job Description

Provide comprehensive support for office operations; excel at scheduling meeting room, coordinating travel plans, managing expense reports; assist in new hire on-board and employee exit; organize and take care of all essential tasks;

Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls, receive and direct visitors and clients, coordinate with vendors to manage office correspondence and mail delivery;

Accurately engage in marketing–support activities within demanding time frames, communicate with various suppliers and prepare documents for payment. Comply with OEC rules in facilitating marketing events and sales activites.

Respond to enquries from distributors and office staff for sales documents, verfication reports and product registeration information.

Resolve administrative problems and inquiries;

Order and maintain office supply inventories

manage inventory of spare parts and maintain up-to-date stock records.

Organize and supervise events and programs as directed by management.
