Responsibilities:
• To support daily sales operations and documentation;
• General administrative and clerical work;
• Data input, shipment booking and logistic arrangement;
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as required;
Requirements:
• Diploma or above are welcome
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in supporting the sales team
• Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience and knowledge in construction industry will be an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred
