Job Description

What are we looking for:

  • Prepare sales quotations
  • Prepare and arrange sales order/documentation for pre and after sales services
  • Transfer and upload product data from price list to CPQ template
  • Prepare related documents to Operations Team for Purchase Order submission
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and internal parties
  • Handle adhoc projects as required


What should you have:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the field of office furniture
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Excel and Word)
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and good team player
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
