Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare sales documents
  • Responsible for provide administrative support to sales team including but not limited to PASP and ASP processing , PO follow up, inventory control, delivery and delivery and pricing management
  • Assist in frontline sales operations, including handling sales preparation works, relevant legal matters and after-sales service for the customers, etc.
  • Prepare sales related reports and manage sales database
  • Handle and follow up sales enquiries
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain and update e-filing system and database
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in property developers in Hong Kong
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and responsible
  • Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude
  • Good communication and presentation skills
